This capstone employs discursive design and autoethnography to reframe creative restraint through cognitive behavioral therapy, using a handmade film camera as both artifact and intervention. By removing opportunities for correction and delaying feedback, it forces an encounter with uncertainty, discomfort, and release. The work explores how obsession both constrains and reshapes the creative process.
